Kipon Nikon F to Micro 4/3 adapter. Purchased on eBay.
Pros: Solid construction. Nikon bayonet connects solidly with Nikon F lenses and accessories. Interior is relatively shiny but carries a thread that should help to prevent internal reflections.
Cons: Black anodyzed aluminium rear bayonet, integral with adapter body. Nikon female bayonet is black anodyzed (type of metal is unknown), not chrome-plated.
